We offer FREE SHIPPING with all orders over $99.99. Otherwise, we offer STANDARD for $10 & EXPRESS for $12.95. For customers in New Zealand, we offer a flat rate of $15, and for customers in the USA, Canada, EU, and other countries, we offer a flat rate of $35. If your country doesn't appear in our shipping options, please contact us for a customized shipping quote.
Please use the Australia Post postage calculator (link below) to estimate delivery timeframes by entering our distribution center's postcode (2431) and your own postcode. We strive to process and ship all orders placed before 1 pm on regular business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) on the same day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Returns We value your satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a 7-day refund and 14-day exchange/store credit policy for most merchandise purchased from our store. Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds or returns, and swimwear and underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
To qualify for a refund or exchange/store credit, the merchandise must be:
- Returned within 7 days of receipt
- In its original condition (unwashed and unworn)
- With the tag attached
Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us at your own expense. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and issue a refund or exchange/store credit as per your request.
Please note that signature on delivery is not required for our shipments. While we strive to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been dispatched.
