SAME DAY FREE SHIPPING

Available on all orders over $99.99. For orders below this amount, we offer:

Standard Shipping: $10.00 (2 to 8 business days)
Express Shipping: $12.95 (1 to 4 business days)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

New Zealand: Shipping rate calculated at checkout
United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, and 23 other countries: Flat rate of $35.00
For countries not listed in our shipping options, please contact us for a customized shipping quote.

Use the Australia Post postage calculator to estimate delivery times by entering our distribution center's postcode (2431) and your own. We aim to process and ship orders placed before 3 PM on regular business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) on the same day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We value your satisfaction and offer a 7-day refund policy and a 14-day exchange/store credit policy. For online purchases, these periods begin the day the item arrives at the post office or your specified delivery point.

CONDITIONS FOR ELIGIBILITY:

Return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receipt for refunds and within 14 days for exchanges/store credits.
Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached.
Sale items, swimwear, and underwear are excluded from returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits due to hygiene reasons.

RETURN PROCESS:

Initiate Return: Email lovenfosseptyltd@gmail.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Prepare Item: Securely package the item with the RAN clearly marked.
Ship Item: Use a trackable and insured method. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
Processing: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit if the return criteria are met.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

If your order qualified for free shipping (orders over $99.99), the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
