SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
SAME DAY FREE SHIPPING: Available on all orders over $99.99. For orders below this amount, we offer:
- STANDARD: $10
- EXPRESS: $12.95
International Shipping:
- New Zealand: Flat rate of $15
- USA, Canada, EU, and other countries: Flat rate of $35
For countries not listed in our shipping options, please contact us for a customized shipping quote.
Use the Australia Post postage calculator to estimate delivery times by entering our distribution center's postcode (2431) and your own. We aim to process and ship orders placed before 3 pm on regular business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) on the same day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
ORDERS: We accept orders through our website and over the phone. For phone orders, please call us on 0466040527 during regular business hours.
RETURNS:
We value your satisfaction. That's why we offer a 7-day refund and 14-day exchange/store credit policy. For online purchases, these periods begin the day the item arrives at the post office or your specified delivery point.
IMPORTANT: All returns, exchanges, and refund requests must be initiated via email.
CONDITIONS FOR ELIGIBILITY:
- Return or exchange initiated within 7 days of receipt or arrival at the post office for refunds, and within 14 days for exchanges/store credits.
- Item in original condition: unwashed, unworn, with tags attached.
- Sale items, swimwear, and underwear are excluded from returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits due to hygiene reasons.
RETURN PROCESS:
- Initiate Return: Email lovenfosseptyltd@gmail.com or call 0466040527 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Prepare Item: Securely package the item with the RAN clearly marked.
- Ship Item: Use a trackable and insured method. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Processing: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or exchange/store credit if the return criteria are met.
Note:
- If you received free shipping for an order over $99.99, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
