Please note that by making a purchase, you acknowledge you have reviewed the size guide on our website to ensure accurate sizing.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Shipping and Delivery:
- Free shipping on orders over $75 within Australia.
- Standard shipping: $10, Express shipping: $12.95.
- International shipping varies by destination.

Note: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once dispatched. For security, consider using a reliable address or opting for additional delivery options.
Refund and Return Policy:
We offer a 7-day refund and a 14-day exchange/store credit policy from the date of arrival at the post office or specified delivery location for online purchases.
Conditions for Eligibility:
- Return/exchange must be initiated within the specified periods.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, in new condition, and have tags attached.
- All items are photographed and inspected before posting.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping. For orders over $75 that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Returns should be initiated via email.
Note: Sale items, swimwear, and underwear are non-returnable.
Sale Items Policy:
All items with a reduced price, including Black Friday and clearance sales, are classified as sale items. Sale items are final sale and non-returnable. If an item does not meet our return policy and is sent back for exchange or refund, the customer must pay the return postage or forfeit the item.
Discount Policy:
We are offering a limited-time Black Friday sale with up to 40% off most items. This discount excludes brands such as Stussy, Birkenstock, and other select products.
Note: This discount applies to online purchases only and is not valid for in-store purchases.
In-Store Lay-By Terms and Conditions
Deposit and Payments:
- A deposit is required to initiate a lay-by agreement and is non-refundable.
- Regular payments are required to maintain the lay-by agreement.
Refunds and Returns:
- The amount paid to date is refundable within 7 days of the original deposit. After this period, no refunds will be given.
- Exchanges and store credits are available within 14 days of the original deposit.
Payment Schedule and Forfeiture:
- If no payment is made within 6 weeks of the last payment and there is no customer contact, the amount paid to date will be forfeited, and the items will be put back on sale. No refunds of the total amount paid will be provided.
Price Adjustments:
- If lay-by items are reduced to sale prices after the lay-by has commenced, the customer is required to pay the original price agreed upon at the start of the lay-by.
Intellectual Property:
All website content is our property and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited without our consent.
Liability and Indemnification:
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our website or products. By using our services, you agree to indemnify us from any claims related to website use or breaches of these terms.
Governing Law and Changes:
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. We reserve the right to update these terms, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
