2. ORDERING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Apple Pay, PayPal, and other digital payment methods.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder and that the payment details provided are accurate.

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

  • Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Domestic (Australia)

  • Express Shipping: $12.95 (Estimated delivery: 1 to 4 business days)

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Orders $99.99 and up: Free (Estimated delivery: 2 to 8 business days)

    • Orders $0.00–$99.99: $10.00 (Estimated delivery: 2 to 8 business days)

International Shipping

  • United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, and 23 other countries: $35.00

  • New Zealand: Rates calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for delays due to customs, postal issues, or force majeure events.

  • Once an order is dispatched, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

4. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 7-day refund and a 14-day exchange/store credit policy from the date the order arrives at the post office or specified delivery location.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Sale items, swimwear, and underwear are non-returnable.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon receipt and approval of the returned item.

5. SALE ITEMS POLICY

  • All discounted items, including Black Friday and clearance sales, are final sale and non-returnable.

  • If an item does not meet our return policy and is sent back for exchange or refund, the customer must pay return postage or forfeit the item.

6. IN-STORE LAY-BY TERMS

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate a lay-by.

  • Lay-by must be paid off within 6 weeks to avoid forfeiture.

  • Refunds are available only within 7 days of the initial deposit.

  • After 14 days, only exchanges or store credit are available.

  • If no payment is made within 6 weeks, the lay-by is forfeited, and no refunds are given.

  • Price adjustments do not apply to lay-bys after initiation.

7. USER CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site.

  • You agree not to use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • You must not transmit any viruses, malware, or malicious code.

  • A breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of services.
